Rooted in the
High Desert

Ashley's Cafe North grew from a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee deserves as much care as a well-aged wine, and that a neighborhood café should feel like a living room you're always welcome to return to.

We source our beans from roasters who practice sustainable farming, roast in small batches, and ship with freshness in mind. Our kitchen builds menus around what the Central Oregon season offers — stone fruit in July, squash in October, and bright citrus when the days turn short.

Whether you're grabbing a quick flat white before a hike on the Deschutes River or settling in with a book and an espresso at our window table, we're glad you're here.
